Old Pueblo Specialty Group is a locally owned, patient-centered wound care provider specializing in advanced healing services across Southern Arizona. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Wound Care Sales Representative to help expand our presence and build strong partnerships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and referral sources.
As part of our outreach team, you will educate partners about our services, generate referrals, and drive growth — all while supporting better outcomes for patients who need specialized wound care.
The purpose of this role is to grow Old Pueblo Specialty Group’s referral network, educate providers and care facilities about our wound care services, and build long-term relationships that drive patient admissions and brand awareness.
Proven sales experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries (wound care, home health, or rehab a plus)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Tucson and surrounding areas preferred
Professional, polished, and compassionate approach to client engagement
Identify, develop, and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nurse practitioners, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and events to promote wound care services
Educate healthcare partners on patient eligibility, treatment benefits, and service offerings
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
Track sales activities and report progress using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly referral and growth targets
Act as a brand ambassador representing Old Pueblo’s mission and values in the community
